Have any questions about your orders? We got you covered.

You can process an exchange if items are new, unused, unwashed, and with all garment tags still attached in good condition.

All products must be mailed for return within 5 days from the day the order was delivered (i.e. If products arrive by the 10th of June, you have until 15th of June to ship out the return).

Our team will confirm whether the return or exchange is valid upon arrival.

Can I exchange the item with another size / color / style?

We have a 1 time exchange policy under one order. You can exchange the item with another size or color as long as the desired size or color are still available. You cannot exchange to a different style.

Is the return shipping fee paid by ROTOUCHE?

No, all shipping fees for the return process are paid by customers.

The order I received is dirty or broken. What should I do?

To exchange or request a refund, start by sending a photo/video of the items to us along with your invoice number. We will evaluate the request. If the evaluation result allows for the exchange/refund to proceed and the product or its alternative sizes/colors are currently not available, exchanges would not be possible and only a full refund could be issued.

All items that were bought using promo codes or during sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
